 In today’s article I’ll focus on the Role of Religiosity/Spirituality.

Scholars recognize that human experience is more than behaviors, cognitions, intrapsychic conflicts and neuro-chemical imbalances. It is proved that humans in are, in fact, spiritual beings.

The Meanings of Spirituality and Religion

 Spirituality: it is an individual’s personal experience of seeking the sacred in life. Through spirituality an individual is striving to connect with God.

Religion: it involves social institutions with rules, rituals, and formal procedures.
