I have graduated from the International Academy of Classical Homeopathy (Greece) founded by Prof. George Vithoulkas (Alternate Nobel Prize in 1996). I have also attended intensive clinical training with the best Indian homeopath Dr. Farokh J. Master who has 40 years of experience in treating chronic ailments like cancer, diabetes, hypertension, heart problems, skin diseases and all other chronic and acute diseases. I have also attended many national and international homeopathic seminars and workshops.
Before joining Prof. George Vithoulkas and Dr. Farokh I completed the Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (DHMS) from Dhaka with a very outstanding results all through. I trained myself as a classical homeopath studying the basic homeopathic philosophy, materia medica, medical science, level of health, case management and practitioner development and continuously trying to learn more about homeopathy and health-related issues.
Prior to my homeopathic studies, my full-time career was in public service. I have spent over 27 years in the apex training centre of Bangladesh the “Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre”. Presently I am working as Director (Training). Previously I obtained Bachelor of Social Sciences (BSS Honors) and Master of Social Sciences (MSS) degrees in International Relations from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have also studied Master of Business Administration (HRM) from Central Queensland University, Australia.
I have also completed a BSc in Psychology (IOU), Lean & Healthy Course (Switzerland), WELL course (Switzerland) SSRM (United Kingdom).
I am experienced in treating a wide range of conditions and I am especially dealing with serious pathology successfully. Whilst my training is in classical homeopathy I use other methods of homeopathic treatment where necessary and adapt them to suit each patient’s individual needs.
WHY I BECOME A HOMEOPATH?
You may be asking why I chose to pursue another career in medicine with a specific interest in homeopathy. The answer is:
At 16 years old I was diagnosed with chronic diarrhoea and cold allergy along with some skin problems. The physical symptoms of such a condition became the curse and embarrassment of my life. I spent almost a decade applying steroids, cortisone and other hard drugs. Over a period of time, I realized that conventional medicine was unable to provide a long-term benefit and I was also concerned about the side effects of my treatment. At that time I started studying homeopathic medicine and obviously, homeopathy was the best choice. As a patient, I personally witnessed the permanent benefits offered by homeopathy and I have never looked back. Gone are the days of frequent hospital appointments, the side effects of my treatments and the discomfort of my physical symptoms.
My homeopathic studies made me aware of the many benefits that homeopathy can offer for a vast number of medical conditions without it being a ‘last resort’. The increasing awareness and acceptance of homeopathy amongst the general public provided a favourable time for my thinking of a medical career. Furthermore and more importantly, it was an ideal career change for me as it allows me to maintain patient contact.
I have had a lot of experience in dealing with many physical ailments, such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), eczema, allergies/hay fever, arthritis, peptic ulcers, hormone imbalance, PMS (pre-menstrual syndrome), dysmenorrhoea (period pains), male sexual problems, and many more, as well as a host of mental/emotional problems, such as acute and long-term grief, general anxiety, performance anxieties, depression, fears, panic attacks, and long-standing anger, just to name a few (most of the time, emotional symptoms tend to accompany physical ones anyway). I strongly believe that “If the mind is peaceful and occupied with positive thoughts, the body will not easily fall prey to disease.”
