Anxiety neurosis is a mental condition characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is worry about the future and fear about current situations. These feelings may cause symptoms like the following.
1. Feeling nervous, restless, or tense
2. Having a sense of impending danger, panic, or doom,
3. Having an increased heart rate
4. Sweating
5. Trembling
6. Feeling weak or exhausted
7. Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than present worry.

Types of anxiety disorders:
1. Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) (সাধারণ উদ্বেগ ব্যাধি): এর অন্যতম লক্ষণ- অতিরিক্ত চলমান উদ্বেগ ও উত্তেজনা, সমস্যার অবাস্তব দৃষ্টিভংগি, তীব্র অস্থিরতার অনুভূতি, অমনোযোগিতা, সহজেই ক্লান্তি আসা, অতিরিক্ত খিটখিটে মেজাজ ও বিরক্ত, নিদ্রাহীনতা, পেশীর টান বা পেশীর ব্যথা ও কালশিটে হয়ে যাওয়া ইত্যাদি।
2. Specific phobia (নির্দিষ্ট ফোবিয়া): নির্দিষ্ট ফোবিয়া হবার লক্ষণগুলির মধ্যে প্রায়ই অস্বস্তিকর এবং ভয়ংকর উদ্বেগের অনুভূতি থাকে যেমন- আসন্ন বিপদ বা ধ্বংসের অনুভূতি, পালানোর অনুভূতি, হৃদস্পন্দন, ঘাম, শারীরিক কম্পন, শ্বাসকষ্ট বা শ্বাসকষ্টের অনুভূতি, দম বন্ধ হবার অনুভূতি (choking), বুকে ব্যথা বা অস্বস্তি।
3. Social anxiety disorder (social phobia) (সামাজিক ভীতি): সামাজিক উদ্বেগজনিত ব্যাধির লক্ষণ ও উপসর্গগুলির অন্যতম- এমন পরিস্থিতি যেখানে মানুষটিকে নেতিবাচকভাবে বিচার করা হতে পারে বলে সে মনে করে, নিজেকে বিব্রত বা অপমানিত করার বিষয়ে উদ্বিগ্ন, অপরিচিতদের সাথে যোগাযোগ বা কথা বলার তীব্র ভয়, ভয় করে যে অন্যরা লক্ষ্য করে যে তাকে উদ্বিগ্ন দেখাবে বা অন্যরা তাকে নিয়ে হাসি-তামাশা করবে।
4.
